When a foreclosure commitment is issued to a lender, the rate is $350 for $15,000 of liability.

Any increase in liability will be billed at the applicable Owner’s Policy rates. The stated premium for a foreclosure commitment includes two update endorsements to be issued within 8 months from the Effective Date of the foreclosure commitment.
