Closing Fees

All Inclusive Closing Fee

This includes one (1) standard courier, three (3) domestic wires (2 in/1 out) – anything more than the 2 incoming is a $20.00 fee and anything more than 1 outgoing is a $35.00 fee. All International Wires (in and out) are $75.00, one (1) e-doc, standard document preparation and document review for all closings including in-home and after hours closings within a 100 mile radius of Milwaukee. Mileage charges may apply beyond the 100 mile radius. (See Remote Closer Fee section below)

Any Additional wires - $35 each

Additional Courier fees will be at actual cost and show on settlement

Special Assessment Letters  –  $125.00

Electronic Recording Fee  –  $30.00

Miscellaneous Additional Document Preparation  –  $150.00

Remote Closer Fee

We provide closers throughout the state who are experienced real estate closers, both sides of all transactions. A fee in addition to our All Inclusive Closing Fee is added only in those cases where the closing is to take place outside our immediate service area. The fee will vary with the distance, however, it will never be greater than $150.
