Summit LDS Closing and Escrow LLC. was originally established with a focus on the delivery of specialized title services in a manner that meets the needs of the emerging foreclosure market. What has resulted from that initial format, is our ability to offer those same high quality title and closing services to all facets of the real estate industry.

Due to the intensive attention to the delivery of our services throughout the state for our original focus market, those same systems now allow us to provide extensive title and closing services to realtors, lenders, investors, buyers and sellers throughout Wisconsin for both residential and commercial transactions.

With our mindset of meeting high expectations on closely regulated time frames, we worked in unison with our title insurance underwriter to form a refreshing new approach. By training our own staff, searchers, examiners and closers, we have a team whose experience and qualifications meet the highest of standards in the title and closing industry. Experience within our company ranges from an average of seven years among the closing and support staff to more than 30 years among our ownership.
